Our booking process is simple and flexible:

  • Send us an inquiry – Message us on Facebook or call to check availability.
  • Schedule a venue tour – Visit us to see the space and discuss your event needs.
  • Reserve your date – Secure your slot with a 50% down payment.
  • Settle the balance – Final payment is due 2 weeks before your event date.
  • We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to ensure your preferred date is available.

Our packages vary depending on the type of event and the specific services you require. Contact us directly so we can provide you with a detailed quote tailored to your needs.

Nicah’s Events Place and Catering Services has three (3) halls/function rooms

Nicah’s Hall, which is the main hall, can accommodate up to 150 guests. Safari-oke Hall can accommodate up to 80 guests. Fuda Hall can accommodate up to 400 seated guests. This Hall is fully ventilated and ensures enough space for seating, dining, and any additional activities you have planned.

If you only rent the venue, the prices will depend on which hall/function room to use. Of course, you can bring your own catering service but there will be additional charges. However, we prefer that you try Nicah’s Catering Services.

Nicah’s Events Place and Catering Services is located at #39 Niog 3 Bacoor Cavite. It’s near Cavitex exit coming from Manila and after SM Bacoor when coming from Dasmariñas and other parts of Cavite. You can use Waze and Google Maps for faster routing.

For your convenience, we allow 3 hours for setup (ingress) and 1 hour for teardown (egress). This should give you ample time to prepare and dismantle your event setup.

Children aged 5 years and below are not counted in the total guest count. This allows families to bring their young ones without affecting the guest limit.

Stage is part of the inclusions and podium is upon request.

We can cater to different events even Board meetings, depending on the requested set-up of the client. You can reserve it for half-day or whole day.
